Belly binding uses pressure to tighten the abdomen, helps uterus contract, reset the organs, and improve the separation of the rectus abdominis muscles, thereby achieving a slimming effect.

自然產是產後一個月,惡露排完可以開始紮肚
剖腹產是產後二~三個月,惡露排完且傷口不痛時可以開始紮肚
Natural birth can start belly binding after 1 month of childbirth, after lochia has passed.
Belly Binding can start after 2 to 3 months of childbirth for Cesarean section, after lochia is gone and the wound no longer hurts.
按摩會痛嗎?Does massage hurts?
因人而異,但若會疼痛,疼痛感會日漸下降,也代表內層筋膜越來越健康喔!
It varies from person to person, but if it hurts, the pain will gradually decrease, which means the inner fascia is getting healthier!
紮肚要紮多久?How long do I need to belly bind?
10天的到府服務,連續五天、休息兩天、再連續五天
每次15分鐘按摩、15分鐘修復運動、30分鐘紮肚
每天紮著8-10小時後再拆掉
10 days of door-to-door service for five consecutive days, rest for two days, followed by another five consecutive days.
Each session with 15 minutes of massage, 15 minutes of restorative exercise, and 30 minutes of belly binding.
Belly will need to be banded for 8-10 hours a day before being removed.
